General conditions
§1 GENERAL
REN Workshops AB, 556903, only enters into contracts with individuals who are 18 years or older. If you are a minor, parental consent is required. Contracts are only made in Swedish and we only deliver within Sweden. The contract is formed when you choose to submit your order at checkout. All prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors, such as pricing or typographical mistakes, after the fact. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you are of course free to cancel your order at no cost. We also reserve the right to not process an order if, for example, the item is out of stock or due to technical issues. If you wish to correct your order after placing it, we can only do so before your order has left our warehouse. All items remain the property of REN Workshops until full payment has been received. REN Workshops reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
§2 DELIVERY
We ship all our packages with Postnord, and all orders are delivered free of charge unless otherwise specified in connection with the order and delivery using a shipping method other than the standard delivery method. The normal delivery time is 1-3 business days. We only ship within Sweden. Sometimes it happens that one or more of the items you ordered are out of stock and are backordered, i.e., we reserve the right to sell out. If your order cannot be shipped on time, you have the right to cancel your purchase. If your package and/or contents are damaged during transport, report it immediately at the location. If a package is lost during transport, you must notify our customer service within a reasonable time (1 month). REN Workshops will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided before shipping the items to you. To pick up a package, you must present valid identification. Any delivery delays or sold-out items will be communicated via email. If you are not satisfied with a new delivery date, you always have the right to cancel your order at no cost. We cannot offer any compensation for delivery delays or sold-out items.
§3 PAYMENT
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Follow the instructions at checkout. The goods are shipped directly after payment, and no additional fee is charged.
§4 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase (return and exchange rights) within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. If the returned item has been handled to a greater extent than necessary to establish its properties and function, you will compensate us for the potential depreciation. The extent of the depreciation will be determined by REN Workshops. The right of withdrawal can be exercised as long as the item is returned with the labels and original packaging/school box that came with the item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumable goods, such as paint.
§8 FORCE MAJEURE
REN Workshops is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill a certain obligation under this agreement if the failure is due to an event of force majeure, as defined below, and the circumstance prevents, hinders, or delays performance. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, government actions or omissions, new or amended legislation, labor conflicts, blockades, fire, floods, sabotage, major accidents, or other types of natural disasters. Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions on indications, warning labels, sales bans, etc., abnormal market downturns, and criminal activity affecting the business.
§9 DISPUTES
Complaints or feedback regarding REN Workshops’ services or products should be submitted to REN Workshops’ customer service via email at hello@renworkshops.com (business days from 9 AM to 4 PM). If you are not satisfied with our handling of your case, you are welcome to contact your local consumer advisor or the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN). We always follow ARN’s recommendations.
