Complaints/Right of Withdrawal

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, or if the wrong items have been delivered to you, you have the right to file a complaint. This must be done within 14 days. You will then receive a replacement item or a refund if the item is out of stock. The easiest way to return the item is by sending it in its original packaging via your local post office. REN Workshops will cover the shipping costs for returns due to incorrect deliveries or damaged goods. You also have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days according to the Consumer Protection Act for Distance and Doorstep Sales (2000:274). The 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the goods. The items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Returning an Item

To return your items, please contact hello@renworkshops.com with your name, order number, phone number, and a brief explanation of why you want to return the item. Ensure that the item is in its original condition (unused), and then send the package to:

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable for exchanges or returns. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and transport risk. If you are exchanging an item, an additional shipping charge will apply for the second shipment. REN Workshops reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for any products that are returned incomplete.

Changes to the Range

REN Workshops reserves the right to make changes to the product range and to remove items from the range before a purchase has been completed.
